


I'm Karen Kendall, Women's Health Physiotherapist.
At Reconnect Women's Health Physiotherapy, I always aim to look at the bigger picture around your symptoms such as life commitments and other health conditions that will influence the approach we take.
Both in the NHS and Private Sector I have been passionate about improving access to focused Women's Health Care related to Pregnancy, Gynaecological Health and Menopause.
As a perimenopausal mum of two who did not have the easiest of pregnancies and deliveries I offer and empathetic and realistic approach to rehabilitation.

I am HCPC ( Health & Care Professions Council) registered
and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

As a Team Lead in the NHS and Clinical Lead in the Private Sector I also have a wealth of experience across
Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal conditions, Acute and Chronic, as well as my special interest in Women's Health.
I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2002 with
a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.

Exercise Therapy comes in many forms, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance. Physiotherapy can help you find out what's the right approach for you and it's not just pelvic floor exercises.

I am a firm believer in the power of touch and how it impacts our nervous system and our ability to heal and cope with the challenges that our body deals with.

With over 20 years experience in using Acupuncture for Headaches, Chronic pain and Gynaecological issues. Acupuncture can be a highly beneficial treatment alongside more traditional approaches.
