Prevention is always better than cure.

You don't have to be experiencing symptoms to benefit from women's health physiotherapy .

Identifying any areas for action and addressing them early are key to long term pelvic health.

Forward planning before pregnancy and during perimenopause can ensure you are fit for your future reducing the risk of prolapse symptoms and stress incontinence.

Your health history will be discussed and any risk factors identified, followed by a physical examination.
